The workshops of Ayakasha take place in an atmospheric, safe, judgment-free environment in which openness, love and attention are central. We generally hold the ceremonies in groups because this is beneficial for the process of each participant on a personal level. Often participating in a small group is much more healing and gives more insights and also more relief. You learn from each other and you can share your experiences with each other so that each participant gets an enrichment of his trip because someone else might raise something that is very useful to you on the same or perhaps different level. It also has a very relativizing effect and makes that (self-)stigma and shame disappear. There is often a lot of laughter in between which makes the weekends very enjoyable. In addition, the group itself brings a certain energy that has a positive effect for each individual but also for the collective. Because of the solidarity and compassion that arises during a weekend we get more insight and motivation to really want to work for a better world and society - starting with yourself. Even if you don't get any further in this than your own immediate environment, it is a great step towards awareness and comprehensive love for the big picture. After all, all direct living environments together ultimately form the whole of society.
During the weekend we make sure that your inner journey goes as well as possible and that you feel at ease. We share the experiences with each other as much as possible to create trust within the group and we can learn from each other through openness - which is also important for the group's energy. We will assist you during your trip if necessary and give as much additional information as possible about the processes in which the participants find themselves. During the workshop we will also tune exercises that respond to what is needed in the group. In this way everyone can integrate his/her experience as well as possible.
We ask the participants not to interact too much with each other because the focus is on the inner side of the journey. It's an inner process. Of course it is possible to communicate with the supervisors and assistants. And at the relaxing moments during the break or after the ceremony there is room for a good conversation and a nice smile. The ceremonies are accompanied by a variety of incredibly beautiful and appropriate music. The choice of music is determined on the basis of the energy and processes.
We always recommend to do a 2-day workshop. This is because you get further and deeper into your process. We have more time to help you process your insights and what you can do with them in your daily life. In some cases, individual sessions are recommended. In order to determine this, we will discuss with you in advance what is going on with you and which form of guidance and therapy will suit you best.
After the weekend, the process you ended up in hasn't stopped. On the contrary, you want to be able to process and apply all the insights in your daily life. You can come to us with any questions you may have, because that aftercare is just as important as the care during the sessions.
On average we have a workshop every two weeks. Because we find it important to find our own rest, to prepare ourselves well and to be 100% present during the ceremonies and the weekends. See our: program for the possible dates.
