About Ayakasha & our team
Sacred & holy plants and process therapy
Ronald and Mandy are both certified Process Therapists, specialized as Sacred Plants Facilitators from the Penva Academy. They have established Ayakasha with the aim to give humanity a push in the right direction to be able to go a lighter way through life. Through Ayakasha people can rediscover and develop themselves, break through negative patterns, traumas and other physical and mental difficulties that stand in the way of happiness. Ayakasha offers therapeutic 1 on 1 sessions and ceremonies with Sacred Plants in groups or privately. This can initiate the beginning or expansion of your personal growth to discover who you really are and what your (inner) abilities are. Happy people who are more in harmony with themselves and the environment, thereby contributing to a better happier world. So you'll let Love Rule!
Mother - Trainer - Therapist - Experience worker - Team leader - Sacred & Holy Plants Facilitator
When Mandy worked for the first time with the Holy Teacher Plants for the first time, there was immediately the spark: “This is it! Here lies the beginning where other forms of therapy stop.”
After years of self-study, accompanied by yoga and meditation, she specialized in Focusing. After which more studies followed; all aimed at people to get to know themselves and above all to be their own best friend. Bringing people to their own inner home from where you learn to live from an authentic zest for life, wisdom, creativity and, above all, love and compassion. She did work for mental health care and taught at higher schools. She did a lot of group and individual therapy work, also with people who have been mentally ill for a long time to help them recover. Again and again she found out that people really flourish when they truly get to know themselves and discover their own qualities. But the way to get there can be long and not everything is solved with modern methods.
After the first time working with the Holy Teacher Plants, they showed her that you can feel even deeper and can look even further - find complete healing and transformation, and get to know your Higher Self - she wanted to work with it! She now combines the wisdom of this sacred shamanic teacher plants with the knowledge of therapy from both the Eastern and Western worlds.

My first experiences with psychedelics
It was through my work as a Goa Trance, now Psytrance, DJ that I was introduced to the wonderful and magical world of psychedelics in 1992. After experimenting with various drugs such as LSD and magic mushrooms in different settings for several years, it was in 1997 that I first came into contact with Ayahuasca. After that experience, I made several more trips at specific times in my life but it was many years before Ayahuasca began to play a more prominent role in my life.
Personal development & Ayahuasca
After a number of intense and drastic events, I found myself in a burnout in 2009. Something inside was screaming for attention, it wanted to be seen, heard, and healed. I had a deep need to find the lost pieces of myself again and become my authentic self. I started practicing Hatha, Raja, Kundalini Yoga, and Mindfulness. Ayahuasca also crossed my path again and after several intensive retreats with the Mother of Plant Medicines in a short period of time I slowly but surely felt something in me change/transform. From then on I knew one thing for sure: I wanted to continue following the path to enlightenment and healing. And then not only for myself...but also for others, by assisting them in that.
It was in 2015 that the training Process Therapist and Ayahuasquero crossed my path. It immediately felt like this training came at exactly the right time in my life. During this training, I was introduced to different therapeutic techniques to use in working with Psychedelics and Entheogens (especially the Sacred Plants), and I learned how to handle the sacred plant medicine in a safe and respectful way. After the training, I started organizing my own ceremonies under the name Ayakasha in 2016, together with Mandy who was following the same training. Until May 2021 we have organized dozens of beautiful and magical workshops and assisted hundreds of participants in their process. A magical school and many beautiful experiences, memories, and knowledge richer, I look back on it with gratitude.
Your own process is never finished and in the years of facilitating ceremonies, I also worked on my own personal piece. For example, in 2019 I went to Peru where I underwent profound experiences with Mother Ayahuasca. I was very impressed by what the Spirits of the plants showed me and made clear. I felt confirmed in me that the path I was walking was the right one. Continuing to follow this path means for me that in recent years, in addition to optimizing and supporting the process of others, I try to integrate the wealth of meaningful experiences and insights into my daily and personal life. Dt involves trial and error. Letting go of control, daring to surrender completely and honestly look at what presents itself, in order to ultimately connect more with my true nature and then live from there.
A new beginning
Being yourself sometimes also means leaving a certain path and going your own way. With a wealth of beautiful memories and experiences from Ayakasha, I have been sailing my own course as a neo-shamanic healer and musical facilitator under the banner Sattvaya since June 2021. Here I continue my personal mission: to promote the growth of human consciousness and to use this valuable treasure of previously hidden information to allow people to connect with their unique true nature. All because I believe this is the only key to a valuable and happy life. At a higher level, we then create a better livable world together on the basis of equality. A world where there is room for everyone, and everyone uses his or her own unique qualities to live together in love.
With great confidence and holy reverence, I look forward to what the coming years will bring and what I can give to contribute to this. I do not do this alone. Together with a team of in turn beautiful people with unique qualities, we assist people with confidence and gratitude in their personal process of awakening, healing, and transformation.
